Job Description : Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives that promote a company’s brand, products, and services. Planning campaigns, evaluating stats, and finding patterns are among their responsibilities. Art direction and social media knowledge are usually prerequisites.Responsibilities:Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.Develop and monitor campaign budgets.Research, develop, manage and execute lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook and other digital platformsPrepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Set up tracking to monitor performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and websiteWork with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels & uses them to drive brand awareness and generate leadsB2B industry experience is a bonus.Able to work independent – individual contributorJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹60,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are ensured to wear masks, Office premises duly sanitized and all employees are checked for proper vaccinations as guided by the government.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
