Summary of the role
We are seeking a creative, talented, and knowledgeable Web & JAVA developer who has hands-on and proficient in Angular web development and Java. Good to have Knowledge on working in Implementation project.
Your main responsibilities
Deployment of e-Retail/RefX product on desktop and mobile app, chatbot for airlines as per the implementation lifecycle.
Responsible for coordination and communication between customers, product teams and analyze customer systems and service requirements.
Responsible for functional validation support during the product implementation and cutover.
Preparation & maintenance of technical/business documentation for each deployment project handled.
Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Must be able to manage the development and delivery aspects of the SDLC
Must be able to independently understand the technical and functional aspects of all activities happening in the team.
Must be hands-on and conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines.
Must be able to clearly understand the technology already in place and apply the best practices of coding/unit testing especially in Object Oriented JavaScript, Angular/ReactJS, CSS, HTML, AJAX, Java and JSP
Must be hands-on in working on Agile/SAFe Agile.
Support the end user in the Production phase by debugging existing software solutions in response to Problem Tracking Records (PTR) and Change Requests (CR).
Exposure to and interest in Open Source frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java/J2EE code.
About the ideal candidate
3+ years of hands-on coding experience on Angular JS, Java, Spring framework, HTML & CSS.
Domain experience in airline reservation, GDS or DCS would be required.
Train client on technical queries and identify their issues in processes and provide solutions for the same.
Experience in stakeholder management with good Communication skills is must.
Should be a quick learner as implementation evolves frequently as per the evolution of the product.
Ideal candidate should be able to customize product to meet customer’s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation.
Should have worked on or have a very good knowledge of application frameworks like Spring-boot, hibernate.
Should be proficient in core UI technologies like HTML 5.0, CSS3, Object Oriented Java script, JQuery, Ajax, JSP, Servlets, Core Java, XML.
Good to have working experience in Responsive and Accessibility web page development.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Should have preferably worked on Git or any version-control system
Preferred educational requirements
B.Tech, M.Tech/MS or PhD in CS, CE or equivalent
