Rupeek (meaning coining fee in Sanskrit), is an asset backed lending platform. Rupeek is known for providing online marketplace for goal loans. It offers an app based lending platform connecting lenders and borrowers for gold loan The borrowers need to call the agent or install the Rupeek to specify their loan requirements. The authenticity of gold is verified by an agent and the credit risk model is implemented and upon approval the money is transferred to the borrower’s bank account. We have a young and passionate team of 1800 employees.

Define test plan, test strategies, test data collections & write test cases.
Individual Contribution (IC) plus leading small team of 2-4 members.
Demonstrate the test automation framework design and working.
Understand & write framework technical documents and train QAE engineers on framework.
Own test environments, deployment pipelines, build deployments.
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes
Work in agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount
Lead automation efforts, automate test cases, explore new test automation tools and methods
Send test reports to stakeholders.

Must have :
Strong problem-solving skills
Should be able to write effective test strategies and test plan documents
Given a requirement, should be able to write functional test cases
Strong knowledge of data structures
Should have sound knowledge on backend test automation – Java, RestAssured, Maven / TestNG / BDD / Cucumber.
Should have sound knowledge on front-end test automation – Selenium Webdriver or Appium.
Ability to drive discussions with development, Infra teams etc.
Should have a working knowledge of developing one or more types of frameworks e.g. API testing or UI testing or Mobile App testing or Load testing.
Should be able to debug errors and failures and raise defects with more accurate information to reduce the TAT in defect fixing
Should be able to mentor and train junior QAE/SDET.
Should be able to write automated tests for APIs, web & mobile applications
Good written and verbal communication
Should have minimum 3 years of test automation experience.
Good to have :
Understanding of android native mobile app testing strategies, ADB tools, Monkey Runner etc.
Knowledge on load & performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust etc.
knowledge on security testing like SQL injection, Cross-site Scripting etc.
Tools knowledge : JIRA, Postman / Swagger / SoapUI, Zephyr, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Jenkin’s
Knowledge on quality/product/process metrics
What you’ve accomplished:
Should have experience of 5-8 years
Total experience should be more than 5 years
Designation: Lead Quality Assurance Engineer-III (QAE-III)
Should have worked in a faster development environment preferably from a mature firm with mature processes
