Your Role and Responsibilities
As a software Engineer you will be responsible for development, Test and support of Storage product.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong background with systems and software products preferably in StorageHands on skills and solid experience on development using programming languages C,C++, python, or scripting languages, Experience with Linux, threads, socket programming, Experienced with parallel computing (including locking)
Good Knowledge of Test processes and tools, RTC , Test Plan and execution records neededPrior experience of working on high performance scalable storage software development preferableUnderstanding and experience of working in Agile methodology across global teams
B) Soft skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to represent team in communication with global teamsHigh performing team player with ability to mentor and guide junior team membersAbility to work independently on component/feature for end to end development
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Linux kernel programming, skills with file system development would be desirable.
