Job Description : Enterprise and Workplace Products (EWP), is responsible for accelerating GTI’s transformation into a customer-centric software provider of consumable platforms. Responsible for bringing together the design and delivery of shared products across multiple consumable product teams, EWP provides and supports JPMorgan Chase & Co employees with the technology solutions they require to do their jobs, whether in the office, working remotely or on the go.

You’ll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. The role is for a Mobile Developer joining the team, fully co-located in Bengaluru and runs in a mature agile model with the product owner and UX team also being co-located. The productivity platform is already in production, rolled out firmwide, with a number of significant updates being worked on and a bigger work on offering an SDK for the platform which is nearing completion.
The developer will get exposure to multiple Mobile front end and backend technologies, building great end user experiences and broad latitude to contribute effectively.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Proficiency in IOS & Android app development using TDD in Swift & Kotlin, experience in building and maintaining enterprise mobile applications
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
