Responsible for the design, development, modification, debugging and/or maintenance of software systems. Works on specific modules, applications or technologies, and deals with sophisticated assignments during the software development process.

What will your job look like?
Be accountable for and own specific modules within an application and provide technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues while ensuring code is maintainable, scalable and supportable.
Present demos of the software products to partners and internal/external customers, using technical knowledge to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code and providing fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds, will review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions, will highlight risks and will help mitigate risks from technical aspects.
Bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, reduces design complexity, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client/end-user experience.
Represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example, leads technical design reviews). Establishes relationships with internal customers/partners

Creates UX/UI solutions that take into consideration content, navigational structure, human-machine interaction, and non-functional constraints with a holistic viewDevelops GUI visuals that are branded, creative, innovative, while facilitating a useful interactive experience, ensuring concepts and designs are consistent with the overall branding strategy and marketing initiativesDefines art vision, visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developersCreates documentation, style guides and asset resources for the art and programming teams to follow and useLeads the design process through sessions with customers, showcasing the proposed design while engaging stakeholders

For UI:
Defines visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developersDevelops GUI visuals that are branded, creative and innovative, while facilitating a useful interactive experienceEnsures concepts and designs are consistent with the overall branding strategy and marketing initiatives
For UX:
Performs functional analysis and design of specific application behaviors (business flows, application flows, screen layouts, logical and physical data model etc.)Prepares wireframes and/application flows. Reviews the flows with key stakeholders, adjusts based on feedback, and obtains final approval.Employs and executes such usability tools as heuristic reviews, metrics, usability testing, and so on
Technical aspect:
Development profile: Full Stack
Web/UI technologies: JavaScript, ES6, HTML/CSS, React JS, Redux, Angular JS, any MVC/MVVM JS Framework , etc.
Web/UI Dev ecosystem and tools: Node JS, Web pack, Gulp, Jasmin/Mocha (Test Frameworks), Packaging tools , etc.
Back End technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring, XML, Restful Web services, maven, etc.
Backend Dev ecosystem and tools: Application servers (WebLogic/Tomcat/WebSphere) , Jenkins , Cache Framework , UNIX , Database systems (couchbase / mongoDB /oracle), Code quality tools ,etc.
Content management system: AEM (Adobe Experience manager) or any other
Third party UI Integrations / Enterprise Integration: Single Sign on , Authentication protocols , cloud services , Server and Client Security.
Any other specialized skillset: Automation , Micro services , Mobile APP development (Android and IOS) , etc
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study (i.e. Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related area.)Domain knowledge obtained through an academic background, certified usability training and/or equivalent sourcesFamiliarity with prototyping and usability tools (Axure, Visio, Morae) – advantage
