Job Description : Software Development Team Leader
As a Team lead here at Socienta, you will be part of an agile development team, building and working on our enterprise-grade software system built on top of cloud services. You will provide technical expertise and team leadership through coaching and mentorship to help transform and improve our capabilities, as well as ensure that all products, services, and projects are designed, delivered and supported according to business requirements.

Confidence in grasping, maintaining and debugging/troubleshooting systems and code developed by others
Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to complex problems

Requirements
Requirements
Perfect command of conversational and written English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
2+ years’ experience as a Team Lead and 5+ as a Software Developer
Agile Methodology experience (Scrum, product owner, …)
Proficient in Kanban board or similar (Azure board, Jira, Trello)
Extensive knowledge and solid Cloud experience in Microsoft Azure.
Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages Node.js Angular and shell scripting
Proven working experience in deploying, administration, configuring, and troubleshooting production environment.
Experience of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar
