What will you do?

Develops Operations reports and provides analysis of delivery and quality performance.
Performs analysis by creating reports, charts, and graphs of findings in support of business operations.
Monitor, analyze and report the production and quality variances from standard.
Provides weekly management reports such as but not limited to Dashboard, Volume and SLA Report, SBT Report, CIP, Gap Analysis.
Delivers work according to timelines, meeting tight deadlines while working on multiple, simultaneous tasks.
Works on a shifting basis, working extra hours as necessary to ensure work is completed according to agree upon deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinates with other departments as needed.
Requests assistance and guidance from the Operations Management when necessary.
Carries out other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Abides by the company policies and rules and act in a professional manner.
Act as interface between the client and Stefanini.
Recommend and implement changes to operational processes and practices.
Ability to lead and manage projects.

Presales Solutions Architect Lead
The role holder are a competent design authority on larger or more complex solutions, demonstrating an understanding of the customers” business and commercial issues. They identify, design and deliver larger or more complex architectures, strategies and specific solutions. Responsible for the design and communication of high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Changes to service, process, organization, operating model and other aspects may be required in addition to technology components, and solutions must demonstrate how agreed requirements (such as automation of business processes) are met, any requirements which are not fully met or, and any options or considerations which require a business decision. The provision of comprehensive guidance on the development of, and modifications to, solution components to ensure that they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices and that existing and planned solution components remain compatible.

Key Accountabilities
Authority. Complete responsibility for technical input to qualification and business approval meetings, designing larger more complex solutions.
Shapes technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer and may make solution/service trade- offs.
Cost and risk. Defines the approach to larger/more complex solution development and acceptance testing, controlling technical scope and the work of the design team in order to ensure an acceptable cost structure.
Influence. Represents Stefanini at customer forums, conferences, and professional bodies to build Stefanini”s reputation in the market place.
Business development. Establishes customer requirements for a solution building strong relationships and acting as a major influence in the customer choosing Stefanini.
Requirements and design. Contributes to definition of customers” overall IT architecture, designing new solutions of significant size and complexity, and can manage the work of specialists contributing to the design and implementation.
Knowledge re-use. Shares knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to Stefanini”s knowledge base.

Key Performance Indicators

Regularly has large, complex designs, incorporating trade-offs from the original specification, accepted by the relevant business approval review, without any requirement for design changes.
Can evidence regular contributions to customer forums, conferences and professional bodies.
Tangible recognition from customers and/or Stefanini sales of being a major influence in the customer choosing Stefanini.Using company prescribed methodologies, can demonstrate a contribution to the definition of customer overall IT architecture, including new solutions of significant size and complexity and which contain solution components from contributing specialists.

Key Skills & Requirements
Expert in End to End Solutions integrations with technologies like RIM, Cloud (Azure/AWS), IoT, Digital Workplace, SCCM, INTune, O365, Windows 10 Upgrade, UEM, Autopilot etc. along with strong pre-sales experience.
Should have very good experience in responding and writing proposals for RFI/RFQ/RFP.
Prepare and deliver Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Customers.
Work closely with the Sales/Technical/Delivery teams while building the proposal.
Should have very good experience in preparing documents / slide decks for Collaterals. Case Studies Client / Customer Visits Skill Sets presentation / Business Unit Overview Analyze pre-bid feasibility to deliver cost effective customer/partner solution.
The candidate with prior experience of working for global market Experience in client handling, customer interaction and solution presentation.
Prior Experience of working for Microsoft Solutions/Services. Capable of handling Custom Visits Lead generation and Sales experience is a Plus Key.
Should be willing to work in shifts – timings 2:30 IST to 11:30 IST (Flexible). May be required to support customer meetings in night.
