Elevate is hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Sales and Marketing Operations team. This is a high visibility role involving regular collaboration and communication with Elevate’s sales and marketing leadership.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will:
Work closely with the Demand Generation, Content, and Events teams to understand analytics requirements and audit our current reporting suite.
Execute Marketo programs, data imports, and campaigns.
Assist in the review, approval, and implementation of new software and vendors.
Identify areas for efficiency in the Campaign, Marketing Operation Process.
Coordinate research and execution projects with our internal teams.
Report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
Utilize SharePoint as a Content management tool
Skills for Success:
SharePoint – Knowledge Management, content uploads, and archive, improving the rate of proposals uploaded in the library by regular contact with BU head or spokesperson, administrative task.
Marketo- Program, Campaign Strategy to Implementation, Admin Task, Reporting on Campaign performance.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing.
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems (SharePoint).
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
