Job Description : Responsibilities and Duties of a Graphic Design ManagerSupervise and lead the graphic designing teamParticipate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and many other forms of visual communicationAnalyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the projectEnsure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the companyDelegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadlineComplete the project work within the timelineOversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designsTrain and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrantsBe aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designsSuggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issuesAssist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the projectLeverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targetsWork in collaboration with colleagues across different departmentEssential Skills RequiredMore than five years of experience in graphic designingExcellent creative and innovative skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsExtremely convincing with good presentation skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsClient interfacing ability with confidenceStrong interpersonal skills and effective relation-building capacity with the client, partner, and internal team at different levels in the organizationKnowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability, and user experienceMust be detail-oriented and well organizedStrong delegation powerAbility to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasksJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Masks are compulsory in the office premisesEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Design: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
