Merkle-Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. We are currently a 700+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends- market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services.
In pursuit of this, we seek to hire talented Sr. Manager who’d help Merkle|Sokrati’s business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.
Job Description:
You’d need to be awesome at:
Business cluster ownership for post-sales business delivery and growth across the client portfolio
Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team
Support, develop, and execute the firm’s strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively create strategic recommendations
Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results
Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight
Manage nurturing and growth for a 15+ member business operations team
Qualifications:
If you have:
6+ years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in the Technology / Marketing industry
3+ years of people management experience (must-have)
Proven knowledge of Paid Social
Hands-on experience of working with Google Analytics, GTM, DCM, Branch, Shopify, etc (is a plus)
Highly organized
Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for every inch of their satisfaction
