Minimum 6 months work experience in EU and US marketplace.
Familiarity with Excel
Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products.
Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations.
Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments.
Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational week offs

Our operations team is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing/reviewing advertisements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Perform quality check on the transactions (Ad Moderation and Relevance ) processed by the reviewers
2. Identify defects impacting shopper and advertiser experience and build controls to reduce the defects
3. Analyze defect data, identify patterns and perform root cause analysis for the defects and craft solutions to root cause analysis.
4. Calculate the accuracy of the process with DPU and DPMO methodology
5. Share feedback with the individuals on the defects and provide guidance to improve their accuracy level
6. Initiate corrective and preventive action for the defects identified
7. Work on data, dive deep and represent data with visual dashboards in excel or quicksight.
Good awareness of French culture and current affairs in order to identify items that are likely to be controversial to customers.
Requires strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.
Prior experience in online advertising preferred.
Past experience with responsibilities around driving quality process, training and mentoring would be an added advantage.
Certified or Yellow belt trained in Lean Six Sigma
Knowledge on Lean and 8 Waste’s
Basic Knowledge on Value Stream Mapping, quality tools.
