Job Summary
Proactively manage and maintain servers. Administer and support core Microsoft OS windows server 2012/2016. Providing various service like Active Directory, Domain Controller, IIS Web server, Web service, Window Development Services, File Transport Protocol (FTP), TFTP, ADDS Configuration etc. Web Server log analysis for getting the information about number of ports hit for communication from a particular Site/Application. Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans. POST diagnosis, BIOS Configuration, Display Issue, RAID Configuration, HDD drive Failure, Network Failure, KVM Management, Network Switch Management etc. SMB Signing VA, Click jacking Attack VA, IIS ISAPI Extension Enumerate Root Web Server Directory Vulnerability, TLS/SSL Birthday attacks on 64 bit block ciphers (SWEET32), Responsible for creating SAN drive, monitoring storage with GUI and putty console for NetApp SAN Storage. Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands off environment Define and document best practices and support procedures. Provide after hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation Assist with hardware and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations Carry out special tasks at Management’s direction Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required
