Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilityTo see and maintain Execute physicians order for treatment.Implement and maintain patient nursing care plan.Observe and report patient behavior and response to treatment and provide feedback to the physician.To go around with doctor and inform him/ her of the patients condition.To give medicines and injection, treatment according to doctors order.Plan and schedule the tests and clinical procedures as advised by the physician in coordination with the laboratory, radiology and other clinical departments concerned.Ensure that appropriate test samples are collected in time, delivered to laboratory and reports collected.Ensure that to and patient handling is done with utmost care and comfort.Maintaining the nursing care standards of the patient and reporting any incidents or accidents to Matron without delay.To maintain record and register in the ward.Maintain stock of emergency medicines.Ensure critical clinical equipment are in working condition.Maintain administrative and clinical records as per statutory and hospital procedural requirements.Continually upgrade own knowledge and skill of nursing care requirements.To make visit to the patient and ensure that all activities for patient care have been performed timely and properly.To complete all necessary activities related to the requirement.To perform any other duty or responsibility as ensured by the authority related there to from time to time.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of Care, Cure and Comfort of the patientsDocumentation and record keepingMaintenance of inventory of emergency medicines and consumablesUpkeep of the critical clinical equipmentEducation Qualification: – ANM/GNM/BSC NursingSalary : – 8000/- to 10000/- (per month)Experience: -2 to 3 year.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹41,014.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Nursing: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Language:Odia,Hindi (Required)License/Certification:Nursing License (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 28/02/2022
