Job Description
You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that helps to build and manage one of the most valuable sales and marketing assets: The IT Workflow solution demos that highlight the capabilities of the suite of applications in a range of scenarios tailored to specific use cases and business outcomes. This individual should be passionate about creating and executing inspiring demos, have deep knowledge of IT service domain, and have a desire to make the world of work, work better for people
What you get to do in this role:
Work with product management, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders to define demo solutions based on market opportunity, key audience, and targeted business processes.
Work with the Goto Market teams and Outbound Product Management teams to develop thought leadership demo material to establish ServiceNow as a visionary in the IT Service space.
Develop competitive differentiation demo assets to aid sales and partner organizations in establishing the value of IT Service Management.
Work in close coordination with Inbound Product Management and Product Engineering to inform product strategy and provide input into future product development.
Provide thought leadership and define best practices for scaling demo development and execution including automation to increase pre-sales productivity incorporating feedback.
Develop working relationships with other business units to develop scenarios that span multiple solution areas and make tangible our better together vision.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management, Product Development, Consulting or Pre-Sales experienceTrack record building demos for or selling into IT Service Management, IT operations, ITX domainMinimum 3 years of experience with Service-Now as an administrator/developerUnderstanding of ServiceNow scoped and global applicationsExperience configuring/implementing ServiceNow ITSM applicationIn depth knowledge of ITSM Processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Request as part of ServiceNowLoad, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systemsAdded advantage would be in implementation, administration, and maintenance of domain separated instance(s) of ServiceNowDeployed at least 5 virtual agent topics withing ServiceNowDeployed at least 5 flows as part of Flow Designer/ Integration HubVery strong written and oral communication skillsTechnical proficiency with UI, database, workflow, and integration technologies desiredDeep knowledge of JavaScriptAdded advantage for Certified System Admin CIS ITSM, Certified Application developerITIL foundation certifiedExperienced with Agile development (scrum)Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teamsProficiency in using Office 365 applications (mainly MS Word and Powerpoint)

Work Personas

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
