As Staff Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for regulatory IT compliance tasks for new and existing non-commercial (e.g., GE Enterprise) products and processes for the Digital business organization.

Job Description
In this role, you will:
Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the execution of risk and regulatory IT compliance-related tasks for cloud-based services and Digital Technologies applications.
Operationally maintain IT Tool Compliance repository and supporting operational processes;
Work with the Compliance team members to ensure weekly call agendas and other corresponding supporting tasks are completed in preparation for operational calls, along with other ad-hoc IT Tool compliance reviews.
Partner with peers to suggest process improvements for the Data Privacy, Regulatory Compliance
Assist and or perform IT compliance assessments for new or existing IT products/processes, with emphasis on cloud services and in the areas of data privacy, regulatory including preparing draft assessment reports and coordinating leadership reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
10+ Years of experience
Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations (ISO9001/ISO13485), HIPPA, GDPR.
Desired Characteristics:
Good understanding of cybersecurity and technology risk requirements and practices
Knowledge of or experience in Agile methodology and concepts
Working knowledge of Regulatory frameworks, GDPR, EU Directive, IT Contract Management, US Export Control, EU Labor Relations
Comfortable and effective working in new areas that require rapid problem solving – continuous learner
Ability to handle multiple demands and tasks, able to prioritize workload
Demonstrated ability to work within a matrixed organization
Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
Good interpersonal and leadership skills and good oral and written communication skills – able to communicate appropriately to technical and management audiences
Experience in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO, NIST and/or COBIT
