A full-time position has arisen in the Department of Student and Academic Administration (DSAA) based in the MyPort Hub. The Student Service Advisor will operate a no wrong door customer service policy and provide customers with information on DSAA functions and University Services. The post holder will be responsible for dealing with all front line inquiries via our busy reception, email, live chat and phone calls.
The successful candidates will have a high degree of professionalism, excellent customer service, good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will have a high level of attention to detail and proven experience of working in a busy office environment.
The DSAA supports in the region of 300 staff who all provide a critical administrative function across the University for students and academic staff. The Department is responsible for all aspects of student and academic administration from student admissions to graduation.
