TRS is expanding its Tax ERP and Data team to meet increasing demand in the market. We are looking to add a senior team member who will work on large scale transformation programmes including scoping, design and implementation of tax technology solutions. This means leveraging ERP system capabilities and other disruptive technologies (AI, Machine learning, Data & Analytics).
We are looking for a high quality candidate, motivated by a desire to work within the fast moving environment and be capable of dealing with the technical demands that this will bring. You will have:
experience of working and leading on multi-territory / XTax projects, managing multiple client and PwC stakeholders
a working knowledge of how finance operates with large multinational organisations and/or experience in ERPs, finance consolidation systems or Management Information systems.
been involved in finance system integration and/or tax technology projects,
a deep understanding of the broader digitisation of tax agenda
experience of dealing with real time reporting and compliance requirements (desirable but not essential).
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our team to enable us to achieve our ambitious growth plans. We are essentially a consulting business and little of our work is routine. Projects range from one-off initiatives providing bespoke solutions to specific problems, through to long-term tax transformation / ERP implementation programmes with numerous technology sub projects.
As part of the role you will be responsible for:
Working with blue chip clients (listed and inbound) across a broad spectrum of sectors.
Driving the day to day delivery of projects, working closely with both senior and junior members of the team to provide outstanding service to our clients.
Working with clients’ teams and systems integrators do deliver successful ERP implementations across all phases (global/local design, construct, deploy and go live).
Identifying technology solutions and process changes for our clients across different tax areas (indirect tax, corporate tax, withholding tax etc.) for requirements such as tax authority e-invoicing
Service proposition development and subsequent execution of the delivery of the service offerings
Identifying opportunity areas for new ways to leverage clients’ existing technology stack and participate in the iterative development
