This is a permanent full-time post.We are seeking a colleague who can plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences for students and assess them accurately so that teaching is responsive and meets the needs of students.As a member of our large Maths team, you will be supported and challenged, so that as well as contributing to students’ success and that of the School, you are personally developed in your career.The Maths Team is made up of 13 dedicated experienced colleagues. Our Maths Team are committed colleagues who ensure that this area of school and college is vibrant and inclusive. Maths outcomes are very strong at both GCSE and A Level. Students study for the AQA GCSE Maths qualification. A small number of students also study the AQA Entry Level qualification. Both AQA A Level Maths and AQA A Level Further Maths are offered at Post-16.St Wilfrid’s Catholic High School & Sixth-Form College is a mixed voluntary Academy for 11-18 year olds, based in North Featherstone in West Yorkshire. There are currently 1,538 students in attendance. The school opened in 1963 and has a proud history.
