Job Description : Bolster is seeking a highly motivated Team Lead for its Security Operations Center at Noida, India. This position reports to the CTO and is an opportunity to be an influential member of a high performing team at a fast-growing security start-up.

What Will You Do?
Plan and lead daily tasks of Bolster’s high performance Security Operations team.
Oversee operational monitoring and analysis of the work performed by the team members (team/analyst workload measurements, quality assurance, etc.)
Act as an escalation point for Bolster’s customers and internal teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with Bolster’s US SOC team.
Manage certain administrative processes related to the team such as onboarding, appropriate shift coverage/capacity, internal team meetings etc.
Support scope of coverage to a 24/7 model.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of relevant security operations experience including threat hunting and mitigation.
2+ years of experience leading security operations teams.
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent program in Computer Science, Network Security, Information Security or other applicable field and 5+ years of work experience in the field.
Understanding of threat hunting methodologies with threat intelligence data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Requirements
Experience automating manual tasks.
Past experience in brand protection and anti-phishing space.
Past experience in a 24/7 operations team.
