An exciting opportunity to join our Newly Created Mobile App’s team in the role of Technical Business Analyst. As a Technical Business Analyst with Aware Super, you are a respected expert in your core business area and possess technical experience, along with broad skills and experience within the digital & development domains.

To be successful in this role you will have the following Skills & Experience:

Experience in Business Analysis on mobile application platforms
Deep experience in Technology and Customer Experience projects
Analytical and problem-solving skills, independent thinker, great attention to detail
Previous experience in testing is beneficial
Previous experience in both Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks
Experienced in Jira/Confluence

The Key Responsibilities in this role are:
Proven ability to document Business Requirements/User story elicitation and Workshop facilitation
Well versed on key processes including inception, Product backlog, Backlog grooming, sprint planning
Work collaboratively and actively communicate with all areas of Technology, key technology service providers, business users and Risk and Compliance teams to ensure deliverables are within time and budget.
Practice industry best practices in business analysis techniques
Solve complex problems, lead process modelling, user needs analysis, and implement process Improvements
Present business expectations and technology constraints/limitations in a balanced manner to arrive at business decisions that are technically feasible(insert experience and qualifications)
