Your role

We’re looking for developers to:
work with SaaS vendors/in-house solutions on implementations/integrations/upgrade releasesprovide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
analyze business requirements for HR system solutionswork with SaaS vendors/in-house solutions on implementations/integrations/upgrade releasesdesign, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applicationsconduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of Software Development life cyclesee that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production
Your team
You’ll be working in the Performance & Reward and Recruiting, HR Technology team in Pune, India. We provide a collaborative community. As a Tech Engineer, you’ll play an important role in working with your whole team on timely delivery of HRIT projects. You may also be a scrum master.

Your expertise
highly experienced Azure/Oracle/Java/Informatica/Postgres developerability to communicate in English at all levels of the organisation
university degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in HRIT applications/solutionsdesirable – Cloud (Azure), Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Oracle and PL/SQL (PostgreSQL and pg/sql), Spring Boot, Tomcat, Informatica
Continuous Integration (for example: GitHub, GitLab, TeamCity, Nexus, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify, Terraform, Ansible)Automated Unit Testing
APIs (REST, SOAP) and API managersSQL and Non-SQL databasesContainer and microservice architecturesUnix Fundamentals
Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, popular JavaScript libraries and frameworks)secure coding practices (authorisation, authentication, permission provisioning tools, etc)
Encryption and data transfer models (HTTPS, SSH, SFTP, TLS)
understanding of full stack (backend, frontend, network, OS, middleware, etc)
on premise, SaaS and Cloud solutionsdesign patterns and best practices
