What will your job look like?
You will lead and mentor a small team within a specific task or project
You will be responsible for processes, KPIs, and communication within the project
You will identify process changes that lead to efficient operations and sets the processes for the benefit of the team, ensuring process alignment and team mentoring
You will also have hands-on work as an analyst whenever required, guiding and assisting teams in problem resolution, providing technical coaching, mentoring, and knowledge management
You will guide team to resolve technical issues, come up with new ideas, and enhance processes as required for bill audits, running maps, service desk tickets
You will guide and assist team to identify and analyze production issues, track recurring issues, identify ways to prevent them, or suggest a permanent fix

Responsibilities
Coordinate delivery of packaged assets as required per specialized client requirementsOrder management, including fulfillment coordination from sourcing, ingest, quality control, encoding through to on time delivery to the end clientEditing or conformance of video, audio or subtitle files, as required, using industry standard softwareResearch the appropriate asset sources to be used in content fulfillment activitiesTrack and provide reports as requested by internal / external stakeholdersMaintain and update internal database with order status and asset detailsTroubleshoot video, audio or subtitle asset issues
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Film & TV, Broadcast or equivalent work experience3-5+ years experience working with various media encoders and NLE systems: Vantage, Episode, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, AVID Pro-ToolsExperience working for a broadcaster, streaming platform, or content distributor considered an assetOTT, IPTV, and VOD experienceKnowledge of Tape Libraries and File Storage SystemsKnowledge of Asset Management TechnologyKnowledge of common metadata formats and schemasWork with scheduling automation systemsExcellent teamwork, written and verbal communicationStrong independent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillsExperience with collaborative project management and ticketing tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Smartsheet, ZenDesk)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
