Technical Lead / Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Be a hands-on engineering leader, who can help the team with design and architectural tradeoffs, help with design and code reviews, as well as setting up a strong quality and delivery pipelines
Help define the technical roadmap to solve the business and product problems by building solutions as scalable and extensible platform approach.
Be constantly involved in the growth of team members and provide regular and constructive feedback and coaching as needed. Handle performance management, hiring and talent development processes.
Own the entire service delivery end to end.
Be a hands-on technical lead, who can help the team with design and code reviews
Owns the deliverables of a sub-team to meet business objectives
Facilitate end-to-end technical implementation of the architecture as per the business requirements
Build team skills using formal and/or informal training sessions.
Be a present and vocal member in all phases of the solution delivery such as project chartering, story mapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos/retros
Guide the team in the development and various aspects of SDLC, agile development.
Understand technical requirements and code applications in accordance with application development and maintenance standards for accessibility, security, enterprise systems management, as well as other business requirements
Preferred Skills:
Full-stack development experience with good proficiency in .Net, bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript.
Strong knowledge in SQL Server
Single point of Contact for all Technical issues
Knowledge of MVC, Angular is a plus.
Knowledge in Agile and Experience with Jira
Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
