Job Description : ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a technical team of 5-6 developers for Oracle Commerce Cloud based implementation
projects
Interfacing with clients to understand their requirements and create solution designs and effort
estimates
Lead technical team in implementation projects, develop code, attend daily client interaction
meetings for requirements, design discussions and providing status updates about project
development and testing
Collaborate with the architect to ensure that the architectural vision is realized in the technical
specifications and code created
Conduct code reviews throughout the development phase, ensuring that best practices are
followed and lessons learned are promulgated to entire team
Create key project deliverables, including technical specifications, unit tests
Task allocation to team members, project progress tracking, issues resolution and technical
guidance to the development team members
Responsible for projects implementation: collaboration with internal and external clients of Infenox
by providing use case analysis, business model analysis, design of technical solutions, technical
Presentations, and business and technical consultation.
Liaison with Infenox presales team to provide technical solution, effort estimates and RFP
responses
Risk identification and issues resolution on client engagements
Responsible for reviewing the implementation of Web and cloud based applications.
Act as a technical liaison between architect community and development and support teams
Responsible for evaluating new technologies to be adapted for implementations.
Evaluate and select from existing and emerging technologies for the options best fitting the

Business needs.
Contribute to all phases of an enterprise, full lifecycle projects
Work closely with key business partners and client representatives during entire lifecycle of the
project
Provide technical support & troubleshooting for development and production issues
Train Infenox technical communities on Oracle Commerce Cloud and associated technologies,
capabilities and use cases
Provide insight on new technology performance and recommendations of adoption opportunities
Develop end-to-end solutions for Infenox clients
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication/Information Technology
5-6 years of experience, strong technical background in Oracle Commerce Cloud B2B and B2C
implementations, OCC trends and be able to relate those trends with the businesses of Inferno’s
clients
Minimum 2 years of experience in OCC/OSF required with 1 to 2 implementations in OCC and
B2B
Hands On experience in OCC Widgets development, OCC extensions and layouts
Hands- on experience with development, system configuration, testing and documentation of
Commerce solutions.

Extensive commerce development experience using web UI technologies such as Reacts,
Knockout.js, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Node’s, Rest APIs, Ajax, JSON and Postman
Good in OCC architecture, implementation, debugging and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Advanced HTML skills: HTML5, XHTML, CSS
Experience in Multi site implementation in Oracle Commerce Cloud
Third party integrations experience like payment and tax integrations
Hands on experience in tools such as SVN or GIT Hub and Jira
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Test-Driven Design
Proven ability to evaluate and adopt new technology.
Proven success working in a team-oriented environment and demonstrated problem solving

Skills.
Must have an ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems
Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to agile, aggressive schedules
Multi-industry, multi-client engagement experience
Experience giving presentations to development teams and providing technical evaluation
findings of Java technologies
Ability to lead and motivate development teams
Able to work as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud ethnologies

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS
Extensive experience in developing Ecommerce solutions.
Advanced knowledge of the Oracle Commerce Cloud services, market segments, customer base
and industry verticals
Prior experience in a technical role within a services organization
Demonstrated experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products
using a structured system development lifecycle.
• Experience in DevOps.
