About the role:

Technical Support Representative will focus on a specific existing customer base plus development of new customer relationships and work opportunities. Developing key relationships will be a necessity to maintain our customers long-term requirements. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing Schlam to achieve long-term success.

This role is an additional resource for Schlam and a great opportunity for an experienced person to join our East Coast team in the product sales and expansion.

Included within the role will be duties relating to new products, product support, warranty claims and dealing with third party assemblers.

Formal qualification in Project Management
Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable)
