As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of our products.Technical Writer duties and responsibilitiesStudy product samplesCommunicate with product designers and developers to understand product detailsCollaborate with technical staffAnalyze and manage existing and potential contentCreate and maintain the information architectureMake high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and easy to useProduce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applicationsresearch and collect usability feedback from customers, product designers etc.Technical Writer requirements and qualifications2 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role2 to 4 years of experience in technical writing of software documentationAbility to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customersCreative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understandingExcellent written skills in EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree JournalismProfessional Writing or Creative Writing is a big plusBackground in engineering or computer science is a big plusCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsJob Types: Part-time, FreelanceContract length: 6 monthsSalary: ₹1,500.00 – ₹1,800.00 per hourSchedule:Flexible shiftExperience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 21/02/2022
