As a Team Lead for the telematics product support team within the Customer Success Office team (CSO), it will be your responsibility to ensure the connected assets of our onboarded customers are reporting and the reported data are correct.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Team lead for the telematics product support team with focus on establishing routines and clear procedures.

Connectivity issue identification; use of available remote troubleshoot tools or report of the issue to Cat Digital Support.

Identify, investigate and obtain resolution commitments for known quality issues.

Statistical analyses of the issues and some machine patterns. Data analysis support for the CSO report team.

Mid-term goal: deal directly with the dealers and the end customers to increase the number of reporting assets.

Accountability to execute the requests coming from the Digital Project Leads.

Minimum Requirements

BS degree in

Mechanical/Electrical/Computer

Science or related field

Minimum of 3 years in the connectivity space (5x years desired) and ideally experience with machine product support (ex: TPMS, CPM)

Proven capability as an individual contributor in the connectivity space
