About the Role

As a Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of a team of funded learner lead generation experts ensuring that all daily and monthly KPI’s and targets are met or exceeded. You will manage performance of team members by monitoring call time and quality, making sure information is accurately recorded on our CRM system. You will actively coach team members on the best way to carry out their duties and how they can boost their performance to reach the next level, as well as carrying out regular 1-2-1 reviews.

In addition to your Team Leader responsibilities, you will also be required to generate your own leads via cold calling. This will involve identifying and speaking with key decision makers at care organisations and closing deals. The role comes with an uncapped commission structure. The position will be based at our Stevenage Head Office.
You will have previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader and must be comfortable making a high volume of cold calls to prospective customers each day. A background in care would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

Salary: £20,500 – £23,000 (DOE)

We are Looking for Dynamic People who have:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a Telesales or calling environment
Excellent sales and communication skills.
Target driven with a passion to succeed
A confident, energetic, and professional telephone manor.
The ability to build relationships and enjoy working with customers.
Ability to show Initiative and perseverance.
Well-organised and thorough with the ability to multitask, even under pressure.
Confident using computers and CRM platforms.
