Job Description : Due to exciting growth, Intelligrated has a position available for Test Engineer II position at our Pune, India Office. Honeywell IGS offers a rewarding career path, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits. The Mechanical Engineer II position will assist on the design of internal software for the support of applications and project engineering functions within Honeywell IGS. Duties will range from block development and UI design to functional testing for usability, and ordering capabilities of the product. The Mechanical Engineer II position takes a holistic approach in understanding the tools desired design and user functionality, while meeting internal and external customer expectations for the program design. The Mechanical Engineer II position may assume the role as a team member or a lead with the responsibility of understanding the internal/external requirements and delivering per those requirements.
Key Responsibilities
AutoCAD Block development
Assist in tool operational design planning
Functional checking of tool design
Implementation and checking of pricing and oracle data transfer validation.
Sequel database data input and querying through code design
Customer service and support of user base of program
Release development for update and new enhancements
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicating, interacting, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
while fostering cooperation and teamwork within the department
Serving as a team-leader to Project Technology associates
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience
WE VALUE
Experience with Autocad, Autodesk Vault and Jira] and /or HCAD Mechanical / Electrical Tool sets.
Experience with Honeywell Intelligrated Conveyor equipment or other Material handling products is a plus
Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by event
Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations
Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions
Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks
Some test engineering experience
Experience writing and presenting Scope and training documentation for the tools we develop.
