As part of the Business Analytics and Intelligence team, this person is responsible for proactively resolving all support issues for the IGRAFX business users. Needs to be an excellent problem solver having prior exposure to IGRAFX tool and should be aware of most of the techno functional aspects of the tool, to be able to serve the user community proficiently. In addition to this, should be well versed in automating various manual tasks and processes to create efficiencies via automation. Analytical mind to spot ticket trends, ageing analysis and identify best practices to be implemented for support will be a plus. Prior exposure to programming via Java, or other programing languages will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: –
5+ years ‘experience in IGRAFX Tool Production Support
Mastery of at least one development environment (Java, Python)
Knowledge of Cognos with ability to handle user support tickets and deployments
Possess good DB expertise (MySQL, SQL Server.)
Possess good OS expertise on Windows and Unix/Linux
Able to automate the most frequent processes without having to write code for them
Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand information quickly, derive insight, synthesize information clearly and concisely, and devise solutions
Familiar working within an agile SDLC environment, with full knowledge of JIRA Service Now ( SNOW) and exposure to JIRA Service Desk
Handle support requests from users related to IGRAFX
Knowledge of various BI Tools and their usage
Solve all technical issues for the users through proactive trouble shooting
Execute tasks related to quality reporting
Ensure all tasks are handled/delivered as per stakeholder expectation
Ensure proactive communication and collaboration with users, USA BI team and other stakeholders
DevOps experience a plus, Experience on CI/CD, Test Automation, Build-Release Engineering
Should be willing to Work on Shift Rotations and Wees ends.
