Job Description : GrapeCity Developer Solutions provides customers with the premier studio of innovative UI software controls, tools, and solutions including deep functionality reporting, analysis, and spreadsheet platforms. We help our customers develop rich applications in Windows Forms, WPF, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, Silverlight, UWP, Xamarin, or ActiveX.
Job Summary:

Problem Solving & Coding: 60%
KB Articles, Blogs & Samples: 20%
Developer Relations: 20%

Primary Responsibilities:

Write code samples and build sample applications to help developers (including existing as well as potential customers) learn how to use our products.
Assist developers in learning about our newest products and encourage their use of our beta programs.
Learn complex technical information and communicate it in a readable, concise, and accurate manner.
Relay feedback from developers to product managers in order to improve developer products Debug code to do cause analysis.
Build internal and open‐source code libraries
Manage and maintain relationships with developers (including existing as well as potential customers), fostering interest, and providing product support to developer communities.

Requirements:

MCA/M.Sc.IT/B‐tech (IT/CS)/BCA/B.sc (Comp Sci) with 60% or above throughout academics.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good analytical and logical skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving attitude.
Programming knowledge (C/C++/Java or C#).

What will I work on?

You will work on products based on development environments at high‐end software companies using the latest tools and technologies, including:

C#.NET, ASP.NET/MVC
.NET Core, Blazor
XAML, Xamarin
JavaScript
Azure, SQL Server
