Job Description : The Lead UI/UX Designer must be a great leader & mentor with the ability to maximize the talents of the teams. This person leads the creation of digital products made from a user’s perspective. The UX Lead will make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity.UX Lead Job DescriptionConceive, Plan and Lead the development of high-end, effective digital products.Create or assist with information architecture and UX design for complex interactive projects.Demonstrate high quality design practices and participate in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, visual design and UX requirements documentation.Communicate externally and internallyFacilitate internal team communication, bridging the gap between visual design, functional development, and content.Lead client engagements from a UX perspective.Leadership & MentoringMaintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap.Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.Maintain and further build design team workflows that ensure that all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high-quality standards.Ensure that the projects are delivered on a timely manner.Experience5+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designer. Experience managing a team of 6-8 UI/UX designersProven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.Experience in working with Enterprise Level Design Systems and Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.Portfolio of design projects is a MUST.Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap as well as iOS components and Material Design.Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Required)UX: 1 year (Preferred)HTML5: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
