We are the professional IT training providers in the United States and E-verified employers.Roles & Responsibilities: Reviews and classifies applications/resumes for qualifications of available openings.Responsible for Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Validating Job Order, Job Specification, Sourcing, Email or Phone Communication, Screening, Interview Co-ordination, and Follow-Ups, etc.Strong understanding of the immigration process and experience working with W2/1099/C2C/GC/EAD/US Citizens/TN Visa/H1B work Authorization.Provides information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants.Build the recruiting database by adding candidate details as well as keeping ATS updated on a daily basis.Conduct regular follow-ups with the relationship managers to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.Follow up with candidates during the entire process, keep them warm and also close the loop as appropriateWork Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (EST Timings)Job Requirements: At least 2-3.5 Yrs. of experience handling end-to-end in IT recruitment.The US recruitment executive would be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process.The candidate will be an individual contributing recruiter who will be responsible to hire IT professionals with various skills.Candidate should be technically strong & possess knowledge of IT terminologies & current trends.Candidates need to be professional in both approach and work ethicsMust have a passion to work, self-motivation, and a positive attitudeProfessional speaking ability directly to the candidate via the telephone or internet and in-person as necessary.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Access, and Word).Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, and work with little supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.The person with an assertive & persuasive attitude.Note: Please only apply if you have an attitude to learn and accept.
