Job Description : Responsibilities:
Be responsible for leading a full-stack technical team of TikTok Lite and other Emerging Market products, to explore and implement diversified paid growth solutions with PM team to achieve annual growth targets;
Deep understanding of the target user profile of TikTok Lite, and continuously deliver unique product user experience
Lead the technical optimization of App package, rendering performance, startup performance, etc., to achieve the best technical solutions;
Be responsible for technical development layout, and help the team solve complex technical problems;
Be responsible for technical team management, worldwide team development, and team member cultivation.

Qualifications:
Experience in leading end-to-end technical teams including Backend/Frontend/Mobile;
Have critical thoughts over the business, be able to abstract business problems and propose technical development directions and technical propositions;
Possess experience related to mobile app technology experience optimization; especially R&D experience of Ultra Lite products will be a plus;
Master commonly used technologies & frameworks of the field, and be able to lead architecture selection and solve key technical difficulties;
Good cross-functional collaboration skills, be able to drive the project forward in a results-oriented manner and help the team achieve set goals.
