Job Description : A new and rising digital bank is recruiting for a VP of Product job in Jakarta to build and develop the product team from the ground up. In this VP of Product job, you will lead the initial phase of the business.
About the VP of Product Role:
Reporting directly to the C-level, you will be in charge with the end to end product management process to drive the next product growth for the digital product within the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Deeply understanding business metrics and demonstrate ability to translate strategic objectives and company vision into intuitive digital experiences
Help set product vision and drive product initiatives that drive customer growth and retention
Take the lead in the end-to-end product development process, developing and shipping meaningful, high-impact products and features by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders as well as product designers and tech engineers
Work directly and collaborating closely with colleagues from design, marketing, operations, legal, risk, finance to oversee the user experience from ideation to launch and further optimisation with a results-oriented and data-driven mindset
Constantly coordinates with business stakeholders to drive growth in the product’s market share
