Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for handling complete plant operation of multiple pharmaceuticals formulation units in South India including Production, Quality, Quantity, Engineers, New Projects / Expansion, HR, Commercial, Plant Admin & till final dispatch and entire site operations.
You will be responsible for,
1. Candidate should have handled multiple units and dosage forms i.e Tablet Capsule, Liquid, Ointment, Injectable etc.
2. Candidate have experience and contribution in Plant Capacity Utilization, Cost Control, Systems Improvement and Productivity areas.
3. Candidate should be a one-point contact for Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Projects apart from plant level HR and Admin function.
4. Candidate should be handling Audit all domestic & international including UKMHRA / ROW.
5. Candidate should be dealing with all government audit, Local authorities & employees requirement of plant level.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate should be B Pharm / M Pharm with not less than 20-25 years experience in pharma manufacturing operations in South India & will be based in South India.
2. Candidate will be responsible for one-point contact for Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Projects apart from plant level HR and Admin function.
3. Candidate will be responsible for be handling Audit all domestic & international including UKMHRA / ROW.
4. Candidate will be responsible for handling multiple units and dosage forms i.e Tablet Capsule, Liquid, Ointment, and Injectable.
5. Candidate will be responsible for deal with all government audit, Local authorities & employees requirement of plant level.
6. Knowledge of Tamil language will be an advantage.
