Responsibilities:
Create and edit web content using XML and HTML
Setup technical configurations via a custom Learning Content Management System (LCMS) to create instructional learning products
Provide technical analysis, estimates, task breakdown, and execution of business requests
Interested in working on fast-paced, agile technology teams
Organized, goal-oriented, excellent ability to multi-task, motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment
Possess excellent communications skills, with the ability to work with business users as well as other members of the technical staff
Investigate bug reports and drive to quick resolution
Improve documentation of processes and systems
Support software releases, which sometimes occur during off-hours
Available for periodic off-hours production support as needed
Execute any other tasks deemed necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity and experience with web technology, and ability to learn new software
Knowledge of XML, HTML, XLST, and JavaScript
Familiar with web content production and content management systems
Experience with relational database and SQL
Driven to solve problems quickly and mitigate customer facing implications
Willingness to learn all aspects of the business as needed
Ability to deliver accurate and high quality work
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Focus on contributing to the overall business objectives
Experience with light-weight and/or Agile, test-driven development methodologies
1+ years experience in technical role preferred, internships will be considered
