But if you’re the latter we definitely want to hear from you too.You’ll love technology, staying up to date on the latest and greatest tools. This has attracted several new hires across the business into technology-based roles.When it comes to our tech stack, we’re always on the hunt for the best tools, therefore we prefer designers working with Figma.Key Deliverables: 1. Create high fidelity wireframes for Victory Leisure Homes website (upgrade to existing business)2. Create high fidelity wireframes for Fleetmate car leasing website (new business)3. Create high fidelity wireframes for Accountable (new business)4. Prototype ‘MyAccount’ features for multiple website portalsRequired Skills:· Experienced web / digital designer· Proven track record of working with developers with an understanding of component-based design.· Proven track record of delivering web design that hits the brief and achieves results· Proven track record of working with marketing teams to understand their requirements, user journeys and page objectives that informs design· Excellent understanding of UI and UX best practices· Excellent understanding of the latest web design and development technologies and the passion to continue learning· Excellent understanding of design across multiple devices and screen sizes· Ability to understand and work closely with business units to co-create user intelligent/friendly digital interfacesWe would love it if you had: · A portfolio that you can share with us· Experience working with Figma· Experience of working with web apps as well as static websites· Knowledge of key SEO principles and how to incorporate them into web design· A basic understanding of CSS and HTMLPerks: · State of the art office space with Innovation Hub· Gym within the new office building· Flexible working location· Casual attireSchedule: · Monday to FridaySalary · £30-£40k – negotiable depending on experienceOr Freelance opportunity available.Next StepsInterviews can be held remotely or in person.
