Job Description : Windows:
Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2012/2016/2019 Enterprise server
Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP
Knowledege on File servers/DFS
Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment
Use monitoring tools (such as SolarWinds) to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area
Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to Windows servers, and applications
Coordinate hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades
Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services
Citrix
Designing supporting and implementing a range of virtualization products Citrix XenApp XenDesktop 6 x 7 x Director PVS MCS Storefront Web interface APPDNA Delivery Controllers Citrix NetScalers physical and virtual Microsoft Terminal Services.
Perform all aspects of Level 3 Citrix support activities on global Citrix Infrastructure Which includes capacity planning monitoring and performance tuning
Experience working on Citrix deployment and Security & Management along with expertise in Citrix
Hands-on knowledge on user administration (performance tuning of Citrix) along with Infrastructure team to coordinate updates and patches
Experience on implementation and troubleshooting skills of Citrix NetScaler (Access Gateway, Load Balancing) and XenApp/XenDesktop 7.12 to 7.18 suite.
Proven ability implementing Best Practices, Optimization, Fine Tuning skills on citrix Infrastructure (Inclusive of Storefront, DDCs, PVS)
Proficient in granular level of monitoring and management skills in identifying potential issues proactively on core citrix infrastructure
Demonstrated ability in technical implementation skills on creation of golden Image (Manual/ Automated Build), vDisk sealing Process (Manual/Automated)
Azure:
Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support Azure compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Storage Monitor, snapshot, Azure Storage.
Managing cloud infrastructure in a production environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure with design and deployment of cloud infrastructure
Experience with moving on-premise applications and workloads onto a cloud platform
Knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including:
Azure Cloud Services
Monitoring cloud based solution costSingle Sign On (SSO)Azure ADAzure back-up and restoreAzure Site RecoveryDeploy and manage Azure resources
Azure Storage
Securing data against unauthorized accessBacking up data and making it efficient to restore when neededConfiguring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance
