Who are you?
You are certified within your area(s) of expertise and have at least 3 years of experience with working with this area in Workday, both in deployment and support.
You have an experience as a Team Leader/Manager.
About the job:
Alfa Laval is in the start of both HR and digital transformation and you will play an important part in making this a success. Alfa Laval’s People strategy guides us, and the global HR organization will be an important change agent and partner in this transition.
The team is responsible for support to HR, to perform global system admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects.
The position is in Pune, India.
Must have Skills:
We are looking for a Senior Workday Expert who also has experience from managing a team/being a line manager.
Your will be in 60-70% working with Workday design and development within your expertise area and in 30-40% will manage HR Technology team (6 team members).
Skills required (Any of these): Workday HCM, Workday Recruitment, Workday Talent Performance, Workday Recruitment, Workday Security, Workday Integration, HR Analytics, Scrum, SAFe, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
Your team lead areas of responsibility are:
Maintain the responsibility areas of each member of the team together with the team manager in Poland;
Maintain schedule of support and time allocated to support by all team members;
Develop way-of-working and act where gaps in behavior are discovered and identify needed improvements;
Create and maintain development and training plans for each team member, in alignment with individual wishes as well as future needs of the team;
Assist the team manager with resource planning and budgeting based on roadmap;
Handle recruitments of new team members when needed, including assisting in planning, selecting, and managing temporary project resources located in India;
Follow-up on support status and overall operational planning together with team manager in Krakow.
3+ years of experience with process understanding safeguarding high quality in solutions, systems, and technology.
Self-starter personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and experience in working in multi-cultural environment.
Customer centric approach, and comfortable picking up the phone to talk with end users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have excellent communication skills and to be a go to guy.
Should be comfortable to say ‘No’ when needed and to put away the point in structured way
Flexible to travel to Sweden as and when required.
