Job Description : ResponsibilitiesManipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audienceTake a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specificationsReview shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuityTrim footage segments and put together the sequence of the filmInput music, dialogues, graphics, and effectsCreate rough and final cutsEnsure logical sequencing and smooth runningConsult with stakeholders from production to post-production processContinuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.RequirementsProven work experience as a Video EditorSolid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro)Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolioThorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuityFamiliarity with special effects, 3D, and compositingCreative mind and storytelling skillsBS degree in film studies, cinematography, or related fieldExpected Start Date: 1/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Motion graphics: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Video Production: 1 year (Preferred)Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
