Job Description : 3D UX/UI GRAPHIC DESIGNER – Job DescriptionParagon Global was established 18 years ago and is composed of a number of private organizations and NGOs. The Company has throughout the years assisted more than 45,000 students in their work placement needs and English language practice, participated in hundreds of European projects, and collaborated with hundreds of European institutions and collaborators.BriefConceptualizing visuals based on requirementsCreating images and layouts by hand or using design softwareTesting graphics across various mediaResponsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirementsSchedule projects and define budget constraintsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by handUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicWork with copywriters and creative director to produce the final designTest graphics across various mediaAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandGathering and evaluating user requirementsIllustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemapsDesigning graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgetsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like*RequirementsProven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (minimum 3 years of experience)Has a web development experiencePortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsProficiency in the English Language (minimum C2 level)BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field**Salary: $5 but it is also a task-based job.*Job Type: Part-timeSalary: ₹376.84 – ₹452.20 per hourSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Graphic Artists & Designers: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)
