Job Description : A day in the life of a Sr. AEM:Be energized and passionate about delivering excellent student outcomes at schools.Support and monitor School academic system execution in partner schools.Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure execution of the program.Analyse student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.Manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with large and diverse teams in the small towns.The Experience we would like you to have.3-5 years of overall experience, middle to high school teaching experience preferable.TFI Fellowship: 2 years of fellowship and 1-2 years of post-fellowship OR * Other Fellowships: 1-2 years of fellowship and 2-3 years of post-fellowship OR * Other Organizations: 2 years of teaching experience and 3 years in an academic support roleORTeacher/Academic Coordinator/Principal: 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years of managing teams.Must haves:A passion for Academics and EducationAbility and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, purpose, and people skillsStrong problem solving and communication skillsZest towards new ideas and new ways of doing thingsProven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environmentLeadership skills to hire, coach and manage a team.Experience of SSC/NCERT BoardWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:teaching: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
