Job Description : Job Role: – Reviewing Financial Reports (Monthly, Quarterly & Monthly) & Work on Bank Reconciliation Statement & Credit Card Statements· Maintaining Sales & Purchases record· Reporting various financial aspects like (Billing, Collections & Outstanding)· Must have knowledge about GST for filing returns with coordination of Chartered Accountant Office· Generating & checking invoices· Maintaining various accounting records· Maintaining various track sheets like TDS, GST & Invoices/ Proforma· Coordinating with Customers through calls & invoices· Must have strong knowledge about MS Word/ Excel & PowerPoint- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.- Research and analyze expense variances for company management.- Payroll Management.- Handling petty cash.- All types of online payments through Net Banking.- Daily Accounts entries in Equal software.- All kinds of Correspondence maintaining.- Files and paper management related to accounts/finance.- Preparing & Maintaining the payment schedule of Creditors.- Follow up with Debtors.- Preparing EPF, ESIC, P. TAX, GST, and TDS payment and return details.- Online payment of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.- Coordinate with CA for internal audit and finalization of accounts.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Deadline: 31/03/2022
