Job Description : Job description and responsibilitiesThe main responsibility of an Admin cum Accounts Executive is to support the finance manager with business accounting activities. This includes raising, sending, and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts, and chasing late payments.They also assist with basic administration tasks and should be on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or providers. They will be expected to help document and maintain the business’ finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.Daily tasks include:Invoice processingProcessing expense requestsCredit controlCashbook maintenanceMaintaining the company purchase and sales dataBanks reconciliationRaising sales invoicesLiaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliersBasic administrationUpdating and maintaining procedural documentationCheck Spreadsheets for accuracyMaintain digital and financial recordsReview and file payroll documentsParticipate in all audit processingThe following soft skills are also beneficial for this role:High level of accuracyAnalytical skillsExcellent communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Tally (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
