Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities
General Admin Responsibilities:
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person and on the telephone.
Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery, office supplies, machines/ equipments, file management etc
Report any maintenance issues immediately to the concerned authority.
Adhere to instructions given by management and ensure that all policies regarding office support and administration are adhered to.
Collecting necessary quotations, Issuance of purchase orders and draft contracts
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
Requirements
Candidates should possess at least a Degree / Diploma in the related field
Minimum 1 year of work experience is required.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Must be comfortable with using G Suite apps such as Sheets and Docs.
Good working attitude, good communication & interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and time management skills
