Job Description : Responsibilities and DutiesHandle student walk-ins at the Centre.Follow up on leads generated through various sources.Converting tele-enquiries into walk-ins.Handling Walk – in, Telephonic and Online enquiries.Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options available.Admission Conversion to meet revenue targets for the centre.Responsible for admissions and centre growth.Networking with students through mails/calls/social media/whatsapp/etcTo work in tandem with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales and marketing activities.Co-ordinate with students for Seminars, trainings, admissions, re-admissions, and other associates for promotional activities.Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.Resolving any concerns of students promptly & satisfactorily.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsKey Skills : Good communication skillsExcellent convincing powerKnowledge for sales techniquesExperience in Animation Multimedia field will be preferred.Persuasiveness, good listening skills and desire for achievement.Passionate about salesShould be willing to learn and take up new challenges.Pleasing personality.Self motivatedGoal DrivenMinimum 1 years experience of counselling in any reputed education instituteFemale candidate will be preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Education & Admission Counsellors: 1 year (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
