Your Role:
ekaterra aspires to be a data driven company. For this ekaterra seeks an Advanced Analytics Applications Assistant Manager that supports the Data & Analytics Solution Manager in driving the Data & Analytics strategy and direction, and that can support the business in taking control of its data and getting value. In this role you will work with advanced analytics solutions like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, big data, and apply these for business problem-solving like forecasting, pricing, inventory and optimization.
Your Key Tasks:
Define, prioritize and challenge business data warehourse, BI & reporting requirements to drive organization’s business vision.
Design fit-for-purpose tools, architecture & models for data, repositories, dashboards and reports requirement within a complete functional and technical architecture.
Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Ensure data governance system & framework, to ensure data hygiene & unifications. Owner of Business as usual support, maintenance & performance of underlying solutions.
Pioneer advanced analytics application & utility in business context, and specific data-driven usecases
Recommend strategies to improve performance and capacity of BI tools.
Collaborate with developers and analysts for successful development of BI reporting and analysis solutions.
Work with business groups and technical teams to develop and maintain a data warehouse platform for BI reporting.
Skills & Experience:
Proven working experience with data & analytics tools, technology and architecture.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Experience in working business lines to identify business needs and analytics opportunities.
Very strong problem-solving, analytical and data management skills. Background in applied use of advanced capabilities like artificial intelligence, machine learning, Python, R etc. Is a plus.
Vendor management skills to ensure on-time, in-full, within-budget delivery of key milestones and continous upkeep of platform & solutions.
