The QA & Testing Engineer works with the test team to develop testing strategies and devise test plans in order to ensure that applications meet business requirements and maintain Deutsche Bank’s high quality standards. The QA & Testing Engineer takes a lead role in the establishment or execution of one or more test specialties for a larger testing unit or programme.

Your key responsibilities
Define Automated Testing Strategies and selection of the right set of tools.
Develop and extend in-house test automation tool and test framework.
Run test scripts and perform analysis/generate reports based on results.
Perform refactoring/updates to existing framework(s), testing packs (regression, etc.).
Work closely with an international team within an Agile framework to identify key areas for automated testing.
Responsibility to develop and integrate CI/CD pipeline.
Troubleshoot failed tests and report them to the Dev team using JIRA/HP ALM
Your skills and experience
Good experience on test automation using Java 8/11 with JUnit/TestNG.
Strong OOP skills are essential.
Experience with version control systems – Git.
Hands on experience with testing in Linux environments and with Oracle databases.
Experience with testing RESTful web services, web APIs and Postman.
Understand of continuous integration and automation testing tools.
Experience with logging, reporting tools and CI/CD software.
Selenium/ Page Object Model is a bonus.
Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
Good knowledge of English.
